Background to the School

Vale View Primary School is a brand new, state of the art primary school, newly created to meet the future education needs of the North Reddish area.

It has been created from a combination of North Reddish Infants School, Fir Tree Primary School and North Reddish Junior School. Also on the site will be Fir Tree Nursery School and Reddish North Children’s Centre.

The school has excellent classroom facilities, 21st Century ICT equipment and an incredible outdoor play environment for all the children.
Ultimately, the school will offer fully extended provision and will link into all areas of the community.

General Information

As a brand new school, Vale View Primary will be evolving continually as it grows into the centre of excellence we all aim for it to become.

Any changes, information, consultations, requests for parent participation, curriculum reviews, news, updates, awards and celebrations will come to you via regular newsletters, so please look out for these in your child’s bag. A copy of any information sent home will also go on the school website

Vale View Primary school will have a Breakfast Club before school, and some after school clubs organized by staff. Currently, we are also sourcing paid for After School Care. Updates about this will go to parents as the information becomes available.
