WHAT IS THE PTA?

This is St Marys School’s Parent and Teacher Association (PTA). All parents are welcome to join the PTA so a very warm welcome to you.

WHAT DOES THE PTA DO?

The PTA organises a variety of fun events for the pupils, parents and school staff to raise funds for the school. There are a wide variety of activities including a Christmas / Summer fairs, Cinema nights, fashions shows as well as children’s disco’s and competitions

HOW DOES THE PTA HELP OUR SCHOOL?

Our PTA events are very successful and last year we raised £ 2400 for the school, the PTA members decide on how to spend this money. Previous PTA purchases have included, play equipment for reception, library storage boxes, climbing wall and more recently, two basketball shooters in the playground as well as supporting various school trips.

WHERE CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT THE PTA

Look out for the yellow letters!!!! All PTA activities, meetings, events etc are advertised on yellow paper and will come home via your child.
